Jom makan PAU....

Jumpa lagi.... dah minum petang semua, dah siapkan makan malam tuk family u all... Su masak sekali jek, lauk makan tengah hari merangkap makan malam jugak hehehe...just panaskan je.. pemalas punya mama kan...
Tengahari tadi wat pau inti kari kentang + ayam request dari hb lah ni... aritu tengok kat umah anak sedara dia si Inahar ada pau inti kelapa, terus cakap wat lah pau inti kari tuk abang pulak. Bila hb balik dari sekolah dia kata kul 2 ptg nak ke sekolah semula coz ada gotong royong mengemas library. Rezeki cikgu2 tulah... bawa ke sekolah pau ni... alhamdulillah bila hb balik Su tengok kosong dah tupperware tuh...habis semua. Resepi amik dari umah mamaFahmi, banyak resepi dah tengok, rasanya resepi ni simple je, lagipun stok tepung hong kong ada tu yang try resepi nih... memang lembut gebuzzz dan putih menawan hehehe... Intinya buat jek macam inti karipap, so bila lebih banyak wat karipap pulak...

PAU

400g Hongkong flour (pau flour)
200g water (Su guna air suam dan lebihkan sikit air)
70g sugar
a pinch Salt
10g double action baking powder
7g instant dried (mauripan)
30 g shortening

Method:
1. Place water in the bread maker pan. Top it with Hongkong flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and instant yeast.
2. Set the bread maker to Dough and let it knead.
3. When the dough is combined, add in shortening and let the bread maker finish it's job of kneading and proving which will take about 1 1/2 hour.
4. Remove from pan and punch the air out. Cut the dough weighing 30 g each. Make it into round balls and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
5. Flatten the dough and wrap the red bean filling.
6. Place each pau on a piece of paper or small piece of banana leaf.
7. Arrange in the steamer and let it proof again.
8. Steam for 15 minutes.

Su tak de BM so guna mixer jek... dan satu lagi petua Su dapat lupalah dari sape, sorry yek.. kukus pau 10-15 minit, matikan api biar je pau dalam kukusan jangan dibuka 10 minit. pastu baru keluarkan dari kukus dan makanlah apalagi hehehe..
